2 Document Controller Training & Practical Coaching [10 working days]: Inclusive of:

  • Document loading, formatting and updating.

  • Document extraction to MS Word.
  • Notification setup and population.
  • Document linkages.
  • User training and communication.
2 EXPANDED MODEL
  • Client purchases InQubo© and undertakes the agreed implementation and training programme.
  • InQubo© vendors assist in the implementation, planning and population of the system with client specific content.
  • service team supports the product with media population.
  • Client takes over the system once operational.
3 OUTSOURCED MODEL
  • Client purchases InQubo© and undertakes the agreed implementation and training programme.
  • InQubo© vendors assist in the implementation, planning and population of the system with client specific content.
  • service team supports the product with media population.
  • operations maintains the system on a service fee and outsourced basis.
